Jim Clifford

President/ CEO

Jim Clifford has over thirty years of experience in the architectural restoration service business.  He has managed teams in both operations and sales.  Prior to forming CTC, Mr. Clifford held positions as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, Sales Vice President at the then industry leader REMCO Maintenance.  He was responsible for planning and executing on some of the largest and most complicated restoration projects in the NYC area, including the restoration of Grand Central Terminal, the cleaning of the Sony Building (550 Madison Ave),  the marble and stone restoration in the Thurgood Marshall Federal Courthouse (40 Centre St), Newark Penn Station, the Chrysler Building and restoration of 75 Park Place after 9/11.  In addition, Jim has reliably serviced ongoing maintenance projects over the last 30 years.

A US Army Veteran who served in Germany during the Cold War, Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. A native of the Bronx, Jim resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife Marie and has 6 grown children.

Robert Coffey

Vice President - Operations & Sales

Prior to helping form CTC Maintenance & Restoration, Bob Coffey held numerous positions at Remco Maintenance and Stuart Dean during his 39 years in the industry.  He has been a field foreman, Field Supervisor, Manager of Contract Services and Salesman.  He previously spent 36 years at Remco Maintenance, where he handled the company's 3000+ maintenance contracts.  He is known for his reliablity and trustworthiness.  He is an expert is metal finishing and painting.  He is a "hands-on" problem solver who perfects samples before offering solutions.

Bob is married to his wife Tracey with whom he has three grown children.
